All our projects overseas are now remotely supported and currently 93% of our calls both local and international are resolved in this way.

We not only support our clients remotely, but we allow clients to see us remotely via secure log in areas. As a client you will get regular updates for your system. This includes software updates, firmware updates and latest features and product news.

Log into your own secure area of our website and find out the status and statistics of your system. Report and trace service calls, call log history, track KPI's etc. Manuals brochures and health and safety information are all a mouse click away.
