Our Philosophy
"There is always a way." The principles that guide how we work, how we hire, and how we look after our clients.
We believe that electronic security should be invisible when it’s working — and fast when it isn’t. Our philosophy is built around three principles: quality of installation, reliability of service, and the long-term partnerships that come from doing both consistently.
We don’t sell systems. We build relationships with facilities managers, managing agents, and security professionals who need a partner they can trust completely.
"There is always a way."
The saying that defines how every person at Zada approaches every problem.
Long-Term Investment, Not Short-Term Fixes
The systems we install are designed to exceed the lifetime of the average CCTV or security system. We specify equipment built for longevity, supported by manufacturer software updates throughout its life. Every installation is a long-term investment with a measurable return — for our clients and for their stakeholders.
Uptime Is Everything
We don't measure ourselves purely against response KPIs. We measure ourselves against system uptime. The total time a system is affected by a fault matters more than whether we hit a 4-hour callout target. Remote first-line response means we identify the fault before we dispatch — so when our engineer arrives, the problem is solved, not just visited.
Proactive, Not Reactive
We believe in finding problems before they find you. Proactive site spares, continuous system monitoring, 5-year business plans and hardware notifications mean our clients are rarely surprised. When issues do arise, we already know about them.
Technical Excellence as Standard
We employ engineers who take pride in their craft. Every installation is done to a standard we'd be happy to be judged against at any point in the future. Technical excellence isn't a selling point for us — it's simply how we work.
Integrity in Everything
We say what we mean and we do what we say. If something goes wrong, we own it. If we can't do something, we'll tell you. Long-term client relationships are built on trust, and trust is built through consistent, honest behaviour over time.
